随着我国牛肉消费需求不断增长和对牛肉品质要求的日益提升以及全面禁抗的实施,绿色饲料添加剂逐渐成为肉牛健康养殖的关键.本文聚焦肉牛健康养殖领域,探讨绿色饲料添加剂在其中的应用,系统分析了益生菌、抗菌肽、中草药等绿色饲料添加剂的种类特性与作用机理,及其在肉牛养殖中对生产性能、免疫功能及牛肉品质的调控效应,同时剖析当前应用中的突出问题,并提出针对性解决策略,旨在为肉牛绿色健康养殖提供理论支撑,推动肉牛养殖产业可持续发展.
Driven by the increasing domestic demand for beef,rising standards for meat quality,and the im-plementation of a comprehensive ban on antibiotics in animal feed,green feed additives have emerged as a critical component in the healthy husbandry of beef cattle.This paper focuses on the field of healthy cattle farming and explores the practical applications of green feed additives.It systematically analyzes the types,characteristicsand mechanisms of action of green feed additives,including probiotics,antimicrobial pep-tides,and Chinese herbal medicines,as well as their regulatory effects on production performance,immune function,and beef quality in beef cattle farming.Additionally,the paper identifies prominent challenges in current applications and proposes targeted optimization strategies,aiming to provide theoretical support for green and healthy cattle framing and promote the sustainable development of the beef cattle industry.
