为了探究低蛋白日粮对中国荷斯坦奶牛泌乳性能、乳品质、饲料转化率和饲养成本的影响,本试验选取同一牧场内胎次均为2胎且健康、平均体重为(659.21±4.88)~(678.33±4.88)kg的泌乳期荷斯坦奶牛60头,将其随机均分为对照组和试验组,分别饲喂传统高蛋白全混合日粮和优化低蛋白全混合日粮.试验结果表明,2组奶牛的日均产奶量、日均采食量和饲料转化率差异均不显著(P>0.05),乳中乳脂率、乳蛋白率、脂蛋比及产奶量损失也均差异不显著(P>0.05),但乳中体细胞数和尿素氮质量浓度以对照组显著高于试验组(P≤0.05);与对照组奶牛相比,试验组奶牛每天饲料成本显著减少5.98元/头,每千克牛奶饲料成本降低9.90%(P≤0.05).综上可知,采用优化低蛋白全混合日粮对荷斯坦奶牛的产奶量和乳品质无显著影响,但可显著降低饲养成本.

To investigate the effects of low-protein diets on lactation performance,milk quality,feed conversion efficiency,and feeding costs in Chinese Holstein dairy cows,this trial selected 60 healthy,lacta-ting Holstein cows in their second parity from the same farm,with an average body weight ranging from(659.21±4.88)kg to(678.33±4.88)kg.The cows were randomly and evenly divided into a control group and an experimental group,which were fed a traditional high-protein total mixed ration and an optimized low-protein total mixed ration,respectively.The results showed no significant differences(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of daily milk yield,daily feed intake,or feed conversion efficiency.Similar-ly,no significant differences(P>0.05)were observed in milk fat percentage,milk protein percentage,fat-to-protein ratio,or milk yield loss.However,the somatic cell count and urea nitrogen concentration in milk were significantly higher in the control group compared to the experimental group(P≤0.05).Compared to the control group,the daily feed cost per cow in the experimental group was significantly reduced by RMB 5.98,and the feed cost per kilogram of milk decreased by 9.90%(P≤0.05).In conclusion,the use of an op-timized low-protein total mixed ration had no significant impact on milk yield or milk quality in Holstein dairy cows but significantly reduced feeding costs.
