课程思政融入高职食品专业英语的教学设计与实践OA

Guided by the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,the construction of ideological and political education in curricula has become a key measure to promote the connotative development of higher voca-tional education.As a core course for food majors in higher vocational colleges,Food English has the dual charac-teristics of professional attribute and language application,serving as an important carrier to achieve the goal of"all-staff,whole-process and all-round education".Based on the current teaching situation of Food English in higher vocational colleges,this paper systematically expounds the theoretical basis and practical necessity of integrating ideological and political education into the course.By reconstructing the trinity teaching objectives of"knowledge,ability and value",deeply exploring and refining the core ideological and political elements in the curriculum con-tent,designing modular teaching plans,innovating diversified teaching methods,and constructing a comprehensive teaching evaluation system,this study aims to explore an effective path for the deep integration of ideological and political education and professional teaching.Practice shows that the organic integration of ideological and political elements into the whole teaching process can not only significantly improve students'professional English applica-tion ability,but also effectively cultivate their professional ethics,social responsibility,cultural confidence and pro-fessional mission,so as to realize the collaborative education effect of professional skill training and value guidance.
