基于乡村绿色发展的绿色技能人才培养机制研究OA

Rural green development is the key to implementing the rural revitalization strategy and the"dual car-bon"goals,while the shortage of green skilled talents has become a core constraint.Adopting the methods of litera-ture research,case analysis and empirical investigation,this paper defines the connotation of rural green develop-ment and the demand portrait of green skilled talents,classifies these talents into three types:technical application-oriented,operation and management-oriented,and green literacy-oriented,and clarifies their characteristics such as comprehensiveness and practicality.The study reveals that the current training of rural green skilled talents is confronted with multiple dilemmas,including backward professional settings,mismatch between supply and de-mand,insufficient synergy among main subjects,lack of practical training resources,and imperfect incentive mechanisms.On this basis,this paper constructs a five-party collaborative training mechanism of"government-in-dustry-enterprise-college-village",clarifies the core responsibilities of each subject,and designs an integrated training path characterized by digital empowerment,project-based practice,lifelong learning and localized cultiva-tion,thus innovating the virtual-real integrated practical education paradigm.Meanwhile,policy suggestions are proposed from four aspects:top-level design,financial support,evaluation and certification,and incentive guaran-tee,so as to provide talent support for rural green development.Future research can further explore research direc-tions such as regionally differentiated training models.
