为探究生物饵料完全替代商业饲料在凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)标粗阶段的可行性,本研究开展了为期 21 d 的温棚标粗实验.设置褶皱臂尾轮虫全程投喂组(R 组)与商品饲料投喂组(F 组)进行对比.结果显示,R 组标粗成活率(90.5±3.1)%显著高于 F 组(78.2±5.6)%(P<0.05),且达到目标规格时间缩短,群体体长变异系数更低(8.2%vs 12.6%),整齐度更优.水质监测表明,R 组能有效延缓氨氮与亚硝酸盐的积累速率.后续 75 d 池塘养殖跟踪显示,R 组虾苗在收获成活率、终末体重、单位面积产量及饲料系数上均保持显著优势(P<0.05).研究表明,采用褶皱臂尾轮虫完全替代商品饲料进行标粗,能系统性地提升苗种质量、改善养殖环境,并将"体质红利"转化为后续养殖阶段的经济效益,为对虾生态高效育苗提供了可靠方案.

To investigate the feasibility of completely substituting commercial feed with live prey in the nursery phase of Pacific white shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei),a 21-day greenhouse nursery experiment was conducted.Two groups were compared:one fed exclusively with the rotifer Brachionus plicatilis(R group)and the other with commercial feed(F group).The results showed that the nursery survival rate of the R group(90.5±3.1)%was sig-nificantly higher than that of the F group(78.2±5.6)%(P<0.05).The R group shrimp reached the target size fas-ter and exhibited a lower coefficient of variation in body length(8.2%vs 12.6%),indicating superior population uniformity.Water quality monitoring revealed that the R group effectively slowed the accumulation of ammonia nitro-gen and nitrite.A subsequent 75-day pond culture tracking demonstrated that the R group post-larvae maintained significant advantages(P<0.05)in harvest survival rate,final body weight,yield per unit area,and feed conver-sion ratio.This study indicates that the complete substitution of commercial feed with B.plicatilis during nursery can systematically improve seed quality,ameliorate the culture environment,and translate"physical advantages"into economic benefits in subsequent grow-out stages,providing a reliable strategy for ecological and efficient shrimp nursery.
