4种药剂对大豆疫霉菌的抑菌效果及复配防效研究OA
Study on the Inhibitory Effects of Four Kinds of Fungicides and Synergistic Efficacy against Phytophthora sojae
由大豆疫霉菌(Phytophthora sojae)引起的大豆疫霉根腐病是威胁大豆生产的重要病害,为有效控制该病害,采用菌丝生长速率法测定精甲霜灵、氟噻唑吡乙酮、氟啶胺和氟吗啉对大豆疫霉菌的毒力.供试药剂 EC50 值从小到大依次为氟噻唑吡乙酮(EC50 为 0.000 48 μg·mL-1)、精甲霜灵(EC50 为 0.041 μg·mL-1)、氟吗啉(EC50 为 0.304 μg·mL-1)和氟啶胺(EC50 为0.409 μg·mL-1);选取抑菌效果显著的精甲霜灵和氟噻唑吡乙酮进行复配,对混剂毒力及共毒系数的测定结果表明,二者 7∶10复配时增效作用最强,按此配比混配后包衣进行盆栽防治试验发现,复配剂防效较精甲霜灵单剂可提升 19.5%~25.6%.综上,研究结果为大豆疫霉根腐病防治提供重要参考,为延缓因单一药剂导致的病菌抗药性提供依据.
Phytophthora root rot,caused by Phytophthora sojae,is a critical disease threatening soybean production.To effectively control this disease,the mycelial growth rate method was employed to determine the toxicity of metalaxyl-M,oxathiapiprolin,fluazinam,and flumorph against Phytophthora sojae.The EC50 values of the tested fungicides,sorted in ascending order,were as follows:oxathiapiprolin(EC50=0.000 48 μg·mL-1),metalaxyl-M(EC50=0.041 μg·mL-1),flumorph(EC50=0.304 μg·mL-1),and flu-azinam(EC50=0.409 μg·mL-1).Metalaxyl-M and oxathiapiprolin,which exhibited significant bacteriostatic effects,were selected for compounding.The determination results of the toxicity and co-toxicity coefficient(CTC)of the mixture showed that the 7∶10 ratio of the two fungicides yielded the strongest synergistic effect.A pot experiment on disease control was conducted using seed coating with the mixture at this ratio,and the results indicated that the control efficacy of the mixed fungicide was 19.5%-25.6%higher than that of metalaxyl-M used alone.The findings provided important references for the control of soybean Phytophthora root rot and a basis for delaying the development of pathogen resistance caused by the long-term use of a single fungicide.
