多功能兼容的耐低温防除冰电加热膜的设计与优化OA

Design and Optimization of Multi-functional and Compatible Low-temperature Anti-icing/De-icing Electrothermal Film

电加热涂层/膜因其稳定可靠、热响应迅速、传热效率高等优点在防除冰领域受到广泛的关注.然而目前极少关注电加热涂层/膜在低温和深低温环境下的长效服役性能.本文通过分析低温下的附着力和柔韧性,设计一种基于双基底性能互补效应的强附着力和高柔韧性的耐低温防除冰电加热膜,即使在-163 ℃下仍能维持稳定的升温.通过动静态防除冰试验和深低温转捩探测试验,验证了该电加热膜在低温下具备稳定可靠的防除冰性能和深低温环境条件下均匀电加热性能,有望解决高纬度高海拔地区飞行器、其他设备的结冰问题和深低温下的转捩探测问题.

Electrothermal coatings/films have attracted extensive attention in the field of anti-icing due to their advantages of stable and reliable,rapid thermal response and high heat transfer efficiency.However,electrothermal coatings/films rarely focus on long-term service performance in low and cryogenic environments.This paper,committed to realizing the low temperature resistance of electrothermal films,and by analyzing the adhesion and flexibility at low temperatures,this paper developed and optimized a low-temperature anti-de-icing electrothermal film with a double substrate,which can maintain strong adhesion,high flexibility,and stable and rapid temperature rise even at-163℃.Through the dynamic anti-icing and the deep low temperature transition detection test,it is verified that the electrothermal film has stable and reliable anti-icing performance and uniform electric heating performance under low and deep low temperature environmental conditions,which is expected to solve the icing problems of aircraft and other equipment in high latitude and altitude areas and the transition sensing detection problem at deep low temperature.
