民用飞机冲压空气涡轮起动交流马达泵问题研究OA
Research on AC motor pump starting problem of ram air turbine for civil aircraft
冲压空气涡轮(RAT)起动交流马达泵(ACMP)是民用飞机双发动机失效后重要操作.冲压空气涡轮起动交流马达泵受温度、空速、高度、电机输入频率及液压油温度等因素影响,过程分析十分复杂,鲜有对此的直接研究.对冲压空气涡轮系统及交流马达泵设备特性进行试验、建模及分析,利用试验数据工况对冲压空气涡轮系统模型及交流马达泵模型进行校准,同时对全包线范围内冲压空气涡轮起动交流马达泵的严酷工况进行联合仿真及试验.仿真与试验结果误差在5%以内,表明了冲压空气涡轮起动交流马达泵模型的有效性,能够用于后续民用飞机设计与验证阶段.
Ram air turbine starting AC motor pump procedure is an important operation after the failure of dual en-gines in civil aircraft.This procedure is affected by many factors such as temperature,airspeed,altitude,motor in-put frequency,and hydraulic oil temperature,and the process analysis is very complex,which has not been directly studied by previous researchers.The experiments,modeling,and analysis are conducted on the characteristics of the ram air turbine system and AC motor pump equipment.The ram air turbine system model and AC motor pump model are calibrated using experimental data and operating conditions.At the same time,joint simulation and tes-ting are conducted on the harsh operating conditions of the ram air turbine starting AC motor pump within the full envelope.The error of simulation and experimental results is less than 5%,which indicates that the ram air turbine starting AC motor pump model is effective,and the model can be used for subsequent civil aircraft design and verifi-cation stages.
