Analysis on characteristics of future aircraft structure design
飞机已经成为现代战争、便捷交通和经济发展必不可少的工具,随着科技水平的进步,飞机被赋予越来越多的使命要求,为飞机的设计、制造、运营和维护带来全方位的机遇和挑战.结构在飞机全寿命周期中占有重要地位,面对未来飞机愈加注重的安全、高效、经济、环保等设计要求,结合飞机结构材料、设计与制造技术的发展趋势,对比当下飞机构型,未来飞机结构将具有明显的设计特征.本文对未来飞机的结构整体高效、一体多能、智能变体、健康监测、环境友好、费效均衡等6个设计特征进行梳理和分析,为未来飞机的结构设计提供参考.
Aircraft has become indispensable tools for modern warfare,convenient transportation,and economic development.With the advancements in technology,aircraft is being assigned increasingly diverse mission re-quirements,presenting comprehensive opportunities and challenges for their design,manufacturing,operation,and maintenance.Structures play a crucial role throughout the entire life-cycle of an aircraft.In response to future aircraft design demands emphasizing safety,efficiency,economy,and environmental protection,and combining the development trends in aircraft structural materials,design and manufacturing technologies,future aircraft will have the distinctive design characteristics by comparing current practices with future requirements.Six distinct de-sign characteristics of future aircraft are defined and analyzed,including structure overall and high efficiency,multi-functional integration,intelligent adaptability,health monitoring,environmental friendliness,and cost-effectiveness equilibrium.This analysis aims to provide valuable references for the structural design of future air-craft.
