液体火箭发动机中广泛存在气液相变现象(如蒸发、凝结等),而现有的相变模型普遍依赖于经验系数的给定,往往需要实验的修正.为在工程上不依赖经验地计算气液相变,进而耦合求解涉及相变的流动与燃烧问题,提出一种基于 VOF 方法、适用于非结构网格的准稳态相变模型.该模型依据相体积分数分布识别相界面,通过克拉伯龙方程判断相变方向,结合准稳态假设构造具有统一形式的相变源项,并利用特征长度概念将其推广到非结构网格.利用此模型计算了几种典型的相变过程,如 Stefan 问题、膜态沸腾、气泡凝结、文丘里管汽蚀和液滴蒸发燃烧.结果表明:该模型能在非结构网格上准确识别相界面,计算得到的流场参数与理论及实验值均符合良好,可为工程上涉及相变的流动与燃烧仿真提供可靠的理论相变模型.

Gas-liquid phase change phenomena(e.g.,evaporation and condensation)are commonly encountered in liquid rocket engines.However,existing phase change models generally rely on empirical coefficients and often require experimental calibration.To enable engineering computations of gas-liquid phase change without reliance on empirical parameters and further facilitate coupled simulations of phase-change-involved flows and combustion,a quasi-steady-state phase change model based on the VOF method and applicable to unstructured meshes is proposed.This model identifies phase interfaces based on phase volume fraction distribution,determines the direction of phase change using Clausius-Clapeyron equation,and constructs a unified-form phase change source term under the quasi-steady-state assumption,which is extended to unstructured meshes via the concept of characteristic length.The model is applied to several typical phase change processes,including the Stefan problem,film boiling,bubble condensation,Venturi tube cavitation,and droplet evaporation combustion.The results demonstrate that the model can accurately identify phase interfaces on unstructured meshes,and the computed flow field parameters agree well with theoretical and experimental data,providing a reliable phase change model for engineering simulations of phase-change-involved flows and combustion.
