以内混式直流气液喷嘴为研究对象,通过 CH∗高速自发光成像的方式获得了 UDMH/NTO 推进剂在不同喷嘴结构与亚/超临界条件下的火焰数据,采用火焰质心(Flame gravity center,FGC)描述方法和本征正交分解(Proper orthogonal decomposition,POD)对燃烧火焰图像进行了特征提取分析.结果表明:点火过程中火焰质心存在3 个变化阶段,点火建压完成后对应的燃烧过程室压平稳,但 POD 结果发现火焰仍存在若干特征模式;喷嘴燃料通道倾角的变化使得火焰质心整体上移,但并未改变火焰的前两阶主要释热模式特征;相较亚临界条件下的火焰,超临界状况对应的燃料射流与周围气体之间的界面更加模糊,燃料射流呈现出稠密分布特征,POD 分析发现室压的变化并未改变火焰的主要释热模式特征.

In order to investigate the gas-liquid flame characteristics of UDMH/NTO hypergolic propellant under sub/supercritical conditions,the internal mixing injector was chosen to stabilize the flame.The CH∗ chemiluminescence images of flame associated with different injectors and different conditions were obtained by high-speed ICCD camera.Flame gravity center(FGC)and proper orthogonal decomposition(POD)method were used to distinguish and describe the flame characteristics.The results show that there are three obvious stages during the ignition process.After the ignition pressure buildup is completed,the chamber pressure stabilizes,but the POD results suggest that there are several typical flame motions.Increasing the injecting angle between the liquid channel and gas channel of injector could promote the FGC to move upstream,however,the pronounced flame motions remain unchanged.In addition,comparing with the flame under the subcritical pressure,the flame associated with a supercritical pressure presents the feature of dense flow.
