航空发动机压气机衰退对动态性能影响OA
Influence of Degraded Compressor on Aeroengine Dynamic Performance
航空发动机衰退对航空发动机的性能、燃料消耗及排放产生重大影响.为保证航空发动机安全运行及后续发动机健康状态评估工作的顺利进行,开展了压气机部件衰退对航空发动机动态性能影响的研究.以压气机为研究对象,在部件级航空发动机模型基础上,引入可模拟压气机衰退状态的健康参数模块,建立压气机性能参数衰退传播模型,实现在航空发动机模型中定量模拟压气机性能衰退的过程.分别在压气机不同衰退状态下开展仿真,获取发动机性能参数在稳态和动态过程中的变化规律及特点.提出能够表征航空发动机压气机部件健康状态的压气机性能衰退状态指标,定量地对发动机性能衰退情况及健康状态进行描述,分析发动机性能随压气机衰退程度在动态过程中的变化规律,为后续压气机的健康状态评估提供参考依据.
Aero-engine degradation is an inevitable phenomenon that significantly impacts the performance,fuel con-sumption,and emissions of aero-engines.To ensure the safe operation of aero-engines and to conduct subsequent health status assessments of the engines,research on the impact of compressor component degradation on the dynamic perfor-mance of aero-engines is conducted.Focusing on the performance degradation issue of aero-engines and taking the com-pressor as the research object,a health parameter module that can simulate the degradation state of the compressor is in-troduced based on the component-level aero-engine model.A performance parameter degradation propagation model for the compressor is established to quantitatively simulate the performance degradation process of the compressor within the aero-engine model.Simulations are conducted under different degradation states of the compressor to obtain the variation patterns and characteristics of engine performance parameters in both steady-state and dynamic processes.To describe the performance and health status of the engine,a performance degradation status index for the aero-engine compressor components is proposed.The concept of the compressor performance degradation status index is introduced,and the variation patterns of this index with the degree of degradation in the dynamic process are analyzed,providing a reference for subsequent health status assessments of the compressor.
