湖南某中低品位胶磷矿正-反浮选扩大连续性试验研究OA
Experimental study on expanded continuity of direct-reverse flotation of a medium-low grade collophane ore in Hunan Province
为解决湖南某中低品位胶磷矿因嵌布粒度细、原矿品位低、脉石矿物含量高所导致的分选难度大、利用率低的问题,通过化学多元素分析和筛分试验研究了该地区矿石性质,利用自制药剂CB-102和QS开展了扩大连续性试验.结果表明:原矿P2O5品位为19.67%,MgO质量分数为7.52%,通过正-反浮选工艺(正浮选1粗1精1扫,反浮选1粗1精1扫),最终获得了 P2O5平均品位为30.30%、回收率为74.24%的磷精矿;选矿技术指标波动较小,实现了有用矿物的高效、稳定回收,可为同类胶磷矿资源的高效开发利用提供技术参考.
In order to solve the problems of difficult separation and low utilization rate caused by fine dissemination size,low grade of raw ore and high content of gangue minerals in a medium-low grade collophane ore in Hunan Pro-vince,the ore properties in this area were studied by chemical multi-element analysis and screening test,and the expanded continuity test was carried out by using self-made reagents CB-102 and QS.The results show that the P2O5 grade of the raw ore is 19.67%,and the mass fraction of MgO is 7.52%.Through the direct-reverse flotation process(direct flotation:one roughing-one cleaning-one scavenging,reverse flotation:one roughing-one cleaning-one scaven-ging),a phosphate concentrate with an average P2O5 grade of 30.30%and a recovery rate of 74.24%was finally obtained.The fluctuation of beneficiation technical indexes is small,and the efficient and stable recovery of useful minerals is realized,which can provide technical reference for the efficient development and utilization of similar collo-phane resources.
