磷尾矿中有机质含量检测方法优选研究OA

Study on optimization of detection method of organic matter content in phosphate tailings

磷尾矿中有机质含量的准确测定对其资源化利用具有重要意义.本文以云南某企业磷尾矿为研究对象,对比分析了烧失量法、重铬酸钾容量法及总有机碳(Total organic carbon,TOC)分析仪测定该磷尾矿中有机质含量的差异,并优选出最佳检测方法.结果表明:烧失量法的有机质含量测定值(5.24%~8.27%)显著高于重铬酸钾容量法与TOC分析仪,测定结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05),后两种方法的测定结果无统计学意义(P>0.05),且均低于GB 18599-2020《一般工业固体废物贮存和填埋污染控制标准》中的限值(2%);烧失量法的测定结果误差是由非有机质分解(如CO32-分解为CO2)引起的质量损失所致,TOC分析仪测定结果偏低归因于烘干过程中存在挥发性有机碳损失,而重铬酸钾容量法则不存在上述问题.因此,在开展磷尾矿综合利用之前,建议优先采用重铬酸钾容量法测定其中的有机质含量.

The accurate determination of organic matter content in phosphate tailings is of great significance for its resource utilization.In this paper,the phosphate tailings of an enterprise in Yunnan Province were taken as the research object.The difference of organic matter content in the phosphate tailings was determined by loss on ignition method,potassium dichromate volumetric method and total organic carbon(TOC)analyzer,and the best detection method was selected.The results show that the measured value of organic matter content by loss on ignition method(5.24%-8.27%)is significantly higher than that by potassium dichromate volumetric method and TOC analyzer,and the measured results are statistically significant(P<0.05),which are lower than the limit value(2%)in GB 18599-2020"General Industrial Solid Waste Storage and Landfill Pollution Control Standard".The measurement error of the loss on ignition method is due to the mass loss caused by the decomposition of non-organic matter(such as CO32-decomposition to CO2).The TOC analyzer has a low determination result due to the loss of volatile organic carbon during the drying process.The potassium dichromate volumetric method does not have the above problems.Therefore,before the comprehensive utilization of phosphate tailings,it is recommended to give priority to the deter-mination of organic matter content by potassium dichromate volumetric method.
