面对每年产生的巨量含油工业废水,如何进行高效油水分离已经成为解决现今环境污染问题的关键挑战之一.与传统油水分离技术相比,基于表面改性技术的膜分离技术因其高选择性、抗污染性及可持续性等优势在近年来备受关注.本文系统梳理了当前油水分离膜材料的研究进展,首先探讨了基底表面改性通过润湿性调控、电荷引入以及微纳结构优化等多级协同重构膜/液界面行为;随后聚焦于金属材料、合成高分子材料、生物质材料及陶瓷材料四大基底类型,深入对比了不同基底的结构特性与改性策略对其分离性能的影响;进而通过对典型案例的分析阐释了表面改性油水分离膜材料在产水通量、分离效率及稳定性等方面的提升效果;最终针对当前研究中仍然存在的挑战指出了未来研究可以探索的方向,以期推动油水分离技术的持续发展.

With the enormous annual generation of oily industrial wastewater,achieving efficient oil-water separation has emerged as a critical challenge in addressing contemporary environmental pollution issues.Compared to traditional oil-water separation technologies,membrane separation technology based on surface modification has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its advantages of high selectivity,anti-fouling properties and sustainability.This paper systematically reviewed current research advances in oil-water separation membrane materials.Firstly,the multilevel collaborative restructuring of membrane/liquid interface behavior via the substrate surface modification,encompassing wettability modulation,charge introduction and microstructure/nanostructure optimization was explored.Subsequently,it was focused on four major substrate systems-metallic materials,synthetic polymers,biomass-derived materials and ceramics-providing an in-depth comparison of how structural characteristics and modification strategies affect separation performance.By analyzing representative case studies,the enhanced performance of surface-modified membranes in water flux,separation efficiency and stability was further elucidated.Finally,the persistent challenges in current research were identified followed by proposing future directions to advance the continuous development of oil-water separation technologies.
