木质素及其衍生物在道路沥青中应用的研究进展OA
Progress in the utilization of lignin-based compounds for asphalt pavement applications
生物质作为一种持续可再生的自然资源,被认为是继煤、石油和天然气之后的第四大能源.其中,木质素作为储量丰富的生物质材料,其富含的酚醛类和醛类化合物使其具备替代石油基材料的潜力.随着绿色道路材料理念的发展,木质素及其衍生物在沥青路面中的应用受到广泛关注.基于此,本文综述了木质素的组成来源、木质素及其衍生物在沥青中的应用进展,木质素作为改性剂,可增加沥青中的弹性成分,有助于提高沥青的黏度与抗永久形变能力.此外,木质素对沥青氧化过程中羰基的生成具有抑制作用,可提高沥青的抗老化能力.通过木质素合成树脂的方式可进一步与沥青发生交联作用,形成网状结构并促使沥青固化,提高沥青的储存稳定性与抗老化能力.此外,木质素基合成树脂还具有优异的物理化学性质并与沥青的相容性较好,这表明其具有替代部分沥青的潜力.建议未来研究应提高木质素在沥青中的利用率,提升木质素基合成树脂在沥青中的替代率,助力绿色沥青路面新材料的可持续发展.
Biomass,as a sustainable and renewable natural resource,is considered as the fourth largest energy source after coal,oil and natural gas.Among them,lignin,as a biomass material with abundant reserves,is rich in phenolics and aldehydes that give it the potential to replace petroleum-based materials.With the development of the concept of green road materials,the application of lignin and its derivatives in asphalt pavements has received widespread attention.Based on this,this paper reviewed the compositional sources of lignin,the progress of the application of lignin and its derivatives in asphalt and the use of lignin as a modifier to increase the elastic component of asphalt,which helped to improve the viscosity and resistance to permanent deformation of asphalt.In addition,lignin had an inhibitory effect on the generation of carbonyl groups in the oxidation process of asphalt,which can improve the aging resistance of asphalt.Lignin-based synthetic resins can further cross-link with asphalt to form a network structure and promote the curing of asphalt,improving the storage stability and aging resistance of asphalt.In addition,lignin-based synthetic resins had excellent physicochemical properties and good compatibility with asphalt,suggesting that they had the potential to replace part of the asphalt.It was suggested that future research should improve the utilization rate of lignin in asphalt and the substitution rate of lignin-based synthetic resins in asphalt to help the sustainable development of new green asphalt pavement materials.
