Selection and Application of Welding Consumables for 17%Cr Ferritic Stainless Steel
最常用的铁素体不锈钢是AISI430,它通常含有17%Cr和0.05%~0.12%C.由于该钢焊接过程中接头晶粒粗化和晶间马氏体的产生,导致接头韧性、延性下降以及焊接裂纹,通常被认为该钢的焊接性比奥氏体不锈钢差.改善接头焊后状态韧性和延性是该类钢备受关注的课题.分析了17Cr铁素体不锈钢焊接性的主要问题,归纳了该钢焊接材料的"成分匹配"或"准成分匹配"选用原则,前者焊缝的成分与母材基本相同或略高于母材,后者焊缝的成分与母材差异较大(合金系统相同或接近,成分差异较大).汇总了17Cr铁素体不锈钢焊接材料的种类及工艺方法,列举了5个工程应用实例.结果表明,采用"成分匹配"或"准成分匹配"的焊接接头,其抗拉强度基本满足要求,接头的韧性和延性尚需提高;异质焊缝接头对晶间腐蚀不敏感;2种同质焊接接头的疲劳性能与母材基本相同.综述结果为17Cr铁素体不锈钢焊接材料的创新开发、配套工艺的改进,以及工程质量的提升提供理论参考.
The most commonly used ferritic stainless steel is AISI430,which usually contains 17%Cr and 0.05%~0.12%C.Weldability of the steel is generally considered to be worse than that of austenitic stainless steel due to coarsening of joint grains and generation of intergranular martensite during welding process,which leads to degradation of joint toughness and ductility and welding cracks.Improving toughness and ductility of joints as welded is a topic of great concern for the type of steel.The main problems of weldability of 17%Cr ferritic stainless steel are analyzed,and selection principle of"composition matching"or"quasi-composition matching"is summarized.Composition of former weld is basically the same or slightly higher than that of base metal,while composition of the latter weld is quite different from that of base metal(alloy system is the same or close,but composition is quite different).The kinds and process methods of welding consumables of 17%Cr ferritic stainless steel are summarized,and five engineering application examples are listed.Results show that tensile strength of welded joints with"component matching"or"quasi-component matching"basically meets requirements,and toughness and ductility of joints need to be improved;disimilar weld joints are insensitive to intergranular corrosion.Fatigue properties of two kinds of similar weld joints are basically the same as those of base metal.Results of review provide theoretical reference for innovation and development of 17%Cr ferritic stainless steel welding consumables,supporting process and engineering quality improvements.
