基于"血不利则为水"探讨肾病综合征水肿的治疗OA

Edema is one of the most common clinical manifestations of nephrotic syndrome.Actively controlling edema can effectively protect renal function and delay kidney damage.In traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),it is believed that edema is related to the dys-function of the Lung,Spleen,Kidney and the dysfunction of the Three Jiao's Qi transformation,characterized mainly by Wind,Damp-ness,Toxin and blood stasis.Zhang Zhongjing,in his Jin Gui Yao Lue,proposed that"unsmooth blood circulation resulting in Water re-tention",explaining the diagnosis and treatment ideas of Water Qi disease from perspective of"unsmooth blood circulation"and flexibly applied this theory in clinical differentiation and treatment of Water Qi disease.Edema in nephrotic syndrome is prolonged and difficult to cure,so while promoting diuresis,attention should also be paid to removing blood stasis.Using the method of promoting blood circula-tion and removing blood stasis along with diuresis can be applied to treating nephrotic syndrome edema.From the perspective of the rela-tionship between promoting blood circulation and diuresis,the two complement each other:promoting blood circulation can help diure-sis,and diuresis can promote blood circulation.Treating blood and Water simultaneously ensures smooth blood flow,which accelerates e-dema removal,and removing edema quickly eliminates blood stasis.
