Correlation Between Tumor Microenvironment and Pathogenesis of"Spleen Deficiency,Stasis and Toxin"in Poorly Cohesive Gastric Cancer
Poorly cohesive gastric cancer(PCC)has become an important challenge in gastric cancer research due to its unique patho-logical characteristics and complex tumor microenvironment(TME).Spleen deficiency is the fundamental pathogenic mechanism of PCC,persisting throughout the onset and progression of the disease and closely related to the formation of the TME.Based on Spleen de-ficiency,blood stasis and Toxin gradually arise, serving as key pathological factors promoting PCC progression. At the molecular level, there are dynamic associations between spleen deficiency and the immunosuppressive microenvironment, between blood stasis and Toxin with hypoxic microenvironment, between pathogenic effects of Spleen deficiency and inflammatory microenvironment, and between Phlegm generated by Spleen deficiency and acidic microenvironment.Clarifying the homology between the"Spleen deficiency, blood sta-sis and Toxin"of PCC and the tumor microenvironment may provide new insights for the clinical prevention and treatment of poorly co-hesive gastric cancer and regulation of the tumor microenvironment.
