As the responsible body for water conservancy project construction,the project legal person's archival management runs through the entire life cycle of the project,which is of great significance for the project construction and post-construction management.This paper thoroughly explores the key contents of the archival management for water conservancy project legal persons,covering the critical links of archival management in pre-project decision-making,project construction,and completion acceptance stages.At the same time,it analyzes the existing difficulties in the current archives management work,such as weak management awareness,inadequate implementation of regulations and lagging informatization levels.Through systematic analysis,targeted solutions are proposed,aiming to improve the archival management level of the project owners and provide solid archival support and data guarantee for the construction and management of water conservancy projects.
