文章旨在优化橡胶坝底板锚固技术,保障坝体安全稳定运行.针对传力承载、密封防渗、固定限位等核心问题,提出"预防为主、防治结合"原则,从材料升级、结构优化、施工管控、运维强化四维度制定对策,实现问题精准处置与长效防控.结果表明,优化后底板锚固系统的可靠性与耐久性显著提升,保障了橡胶坝安全运行.

The article aims to optimize the anchoring technology of the base plate of the rubber dam,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the dam body.Focusing on core issues such as force transmission and bearing capacity,sealing and seepage prevention,as well as fixation and positioning,the principle of'prevention first,combined with control'was proposed.Countermeasures were formulated from four dimensions:material upgrading,structural optimization,construction control,and operation and maintenance strengthening,to achieve precise problem handling and long-term prevention and control.The results show that the reliability and durability of the optimized base plate anchoring system have been significantly improved,ensuring the safe operation of the rubber dam.
