基于一维水动力模型的句容河设计洪水推求方法研究OA

句容河作为秦淮河的重要支流和句容市的骨干河道,近年来受极端气候影响,洪涝风险日益突出,对区域防洪安全构成严峻挑战.为科学评估句容河流域在极端降雨条件下的防洪能力,基于一维水动力模型,综合历史水文实测资料与规划成果,开展句容河及主要支流设计洪水推求研究.结果表明,在"50年一遇降雨+91·7年潮位"组合下,句容河干流水位由上游至下游呈逐步升高趋势,表现出明显的回水顶托效应;提升防洪标准将显著增加行洪压力,需同步提升河道调蓄能力;治理工程措施对削减高水位、控制洪峰流量具有显著效果;部分河段存在断面淤积问题,建议加强清淤与断面维护;《秦淮河地区水利治理规划(推荐方案)》在设计成果上更具适应性与指导性,建议作为后续工程设计与管理的重要依据.研究成果可为句容河流域防洪标准论证及工程布设提供技术支撑.

As a major tributary of the Qinhuai River and a key drainage channel in Jurong City,the Jurong River has faced increasing flood risks in recent years due to extreme weather events,posing a serious threat to regional flood control safety.To scientifically assess the flood control capacity of the Jurong River basin under extreme rainfall conditions,this study employs a one-dimensional hydrodynamic model,integrating historical hydrological observations and planning results,to estimate the design flood for the Jurong River and its major tributaries.The results show that under the"50-year return period rainfall+91·7-year tidal level"scenario,the water level of the main course of the Jurong River rises gradually from upstream to downstream,exhibiting a significant backwater effect.Raising the flood control standard will significantly increase the flood discharge pressure,and it is necessary to enhance the river's regulation capacity simultaneously.The engineering measures such as embankment reinforcement and channel dredging are proven effective in reducing high water levels and controlling flood peak flows.However,sedimentation in certain river sections has led to higher actual water levels compared to planned values,and it is suggested to carry out targeted dredging and section maintenance.Among the existing plans,the Recommended Scheme of the Qinhuai River Basin Water Management Plan demonstrates better adaptability and guidance value,and it is recommended to be used as the key reference for subsequent engineering design and management.The study results can provide technical support for the assessment of flood control standards for the Jurong River basin and the layout of engineering works.
