潦河涵洞式渡槽是南水北调中线一期工程总干渠的控制性工程之一,担负着重要的输水任务.为防止渡槽槽身混凝土发生裂缝,保障渡槽工程的安全运行,文章在渡槽施工中,提出一种渡槽槽身混凝土新型浇筑施工方案,即浇筑底板时同步浇筑墩墙1.2~1.5m高部位,做好施工缝处理与养护,15天内完成剩余墩墙浇筑.通过温度场、应力场有限元计算及监测数据分析,结果显示,方案可有效缩小槽身高拉应力与高温区域范围,对预防大体积混凝土裂缝效果显著,在南水北调中线总干渠的多个工程中得到了成功应用,均未发现混凝土结构有裂缝产生.

Liaohe Culvert-type Aqueduct is one of the control engineering structures of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Phase I Project,undertaking important water conveyance tasks.To prevent concrete cracks of the aqueduct body and to ensure the safe operation of the aqueduct project,in the construction of the aqueduct,a new concrete pouring construction scheme for the aqueduct body was proposed.That is,when pouring the bottom plate,the 1.2-1.5m high part of the pier wall was poured simultaneously,the construction joints were properly treated and cured,and the remaining abutment pouring was completed within 15 days.Through finite element calculations of temperature field and stress field and analysis of monitoring data,the results show that this scheme can effectively reduce the scope of high tensile stress and high temperature areas inside the aqueduct body,and has a significant effect in preventing cracks in mass concrete.The new concrete pouring construction scheme has been successfully applied in many engineering works of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Trunk Canal,and no cracks were found in the concrete structures.
