传统农区新型城镇化水平的区域差异及空间收敛性OA

[Objective]The objective of this study is to evaluate the level,regional differences and spa-tial distribution of new urbanization in traditional agricultural areas,and to explore its dynamic evolu-tion and influencing factors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the high-quality development of urbanization in major agricultural producing areas.[Method]Taking the traditional agricultural area of Huanghuai as an example,a new urbanization index system was constructed from five dimensions.The entropy value method was used to measure the urbanization development level.The Dagum Gini coefficient and Moran index were combined to analyze the regional differences and spatial agglomera-tion characteristics,and the coefficient of variation and spatial panel model were used to test the con-vergence α and spatial β convergence.[Result]The results showed that the quality of new urbanization in the traditional agricultural areas of Huanghuai was steadily improved,and the overall situation was in a state of population support,economic pull,spatial synergy and ecological back-up.The level of new urbanization in the traditional agricultural areas of Huanghuai has obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics.All regions showed significant α convergence,absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence.Government influence and economic development level significantly affect the regional convergence rate,and policy and resource endowment determine the path dependence of urbanization.[Conclusion]It is necessary to further implement precise policies by zoning,improve the efficiency of factor flow,shape the advantages of sustainable urbanization with digital and green and low-carbon technologies,and promote the high-quality and coordinated development of the Huanghuai region.
