贝莱斯芽孢杆菌MD4抑制番茄灰霉病的生物防治潜力OA
Biocontrol potential of Bacillus velezensis MD4 in inhibiting tomato gray mold
[目的]探究菌株MD4抑制番茄灰霉病的生物防治潜力以及对果实品质的影响,为番茄灰霉病微生物菌剂的开发和应用提供理论支撑.[方法]利用平板对峙培养测定菌株MD4对灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)的抑制作用,并通过形态学、生理生化特征和16S rDNA序列分析对其进行鉴定,测定其对番茄灰霉病的防治效果,及对采后番茄果实品质的影响.[结果]1)菌株MD4对灰葡萄孢菌的抑菌率达 70.40%,被鉴定为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis);2)菌株MD4处理的灰葡萄孢菌出现分枝变多,菌丝膨大、内涵物外泄的现象;3)接种菌株MD4能有效降低番茄灰霉病的发病率和病情指数,对叶部和果实灰霉病的防治效果分别为65.31%和55.21%;4)菌株MD4能够提高番茄果实中维生素C、可溶性固形物、总酚和类黄酮含量,延缓由灰葡萄孢菌感染导致的果实失重率的下降.[结论]菌株MD4是一株具开发价值的生物防治菌株.
[Objective]To investigate the biocontrol potential of strain MD4 against tomato gray mold and its effect on fruit quality,and to provide theoretical support for the development and applica-tion of tomato gray mold microbial agents.[Method]The inhibitory effect of strain MD4 against Botrytis cinerea was determined by plate confrontation culture.The strain was identified through morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.The control efficacy against tomato gray mold and the effects on the quality of postharvest tomato fruits were evaluated.[Result]1)Strain MD4 exhibited an inhibition rate of 70.40%against B.cinerea and was identified as Bacillus velezensis.2)MD4 treatment induced morphological abnor-malities in B.cinerea,including excessive hyphal branching,swelling,and cytoplasmic leakage.3)Inoculation with strain MD4 effectively reduced the incidence and disease index of tomato gray mold,with control efficacies of 65.31%and 55.21%for leaf and fruit infections,respectively.4)Strain MD4 could increase the contents of vitamin C,soluble solids,total phenols,and flavo-noids in tomato fruits,and delay the decrease in fruit weight loss rate caused by B.cinerea infec-tion.[Conclusion]Strain MD4 is a promising biocontrol strain with potential for application in tomato gray mold management.
