双固化聚合物及其在自修复材料中的应用研究进展OA

Advances in the Application of Dual-curing Polymers for UV-curable Self-healing Materials

UV双固化自修复材料作为绿色高效涂层技术的前沿方向,其双固化聚合物体系通过其独特的分子设计,显著提升了涂层的机械性能与自修复效率.该文系统介绍了 UV双固化、UV-热双固化、UV-湿气双固化三种聚合物,从单体分子结构设计、光-热/光-湿气协同固化机制等维度讨论了双固化聚合物的技术特征.这种双固化聚合物可以通过内在修复设计或微胶囊的形式,应用于UV固化自修复材料中.笔者对该聚合物在UV固化自修复材料中的应用现状进行综述,并对其未来发展作出展望.

UV dual-curing self-healing materials represent a cutting-edge frontier in green and high-efficiency coating technologies.Their dual-curing polymer systems,through unique molecular design,significantly enhance the mechanical properties and self-healing efficiency of coatings.This article systematically introduces three types of dual-curing polymers:UV dual-curing,UV-thermal dual-curing,and UV-moisture dual-curing systems.Their technical characteristics are discussed in terms of monomer molecular structure design,photo-thermal/photo-moisture synergistic curing mechanisms.These dual-curing polymers can be applied in UV-curable self-healing coatings through intrinsic repair designs or microcapsule-based strategies.We review the current applications of such polymers in UV-curable self-healing materials and provide prospects for their future development,emphasizing their potential in advancing sustainable and multifunctional coating solutions.
