为了提高裂缝性碳酸盐岩储层的钻井效率,对现场钻井液和堵漏浆的漏失损害情况进行了模拟评价,并以丙烯酰胺AM和水凝胶用交联剂JZ-1为原料,制备出一种可降解凝胶暂堵剂JZD-1,室内评价了其耐温性能、可降解性能、储层保护性能和承压堵漏性能,并将其进行了现场应用.结果表明:现场钻井液和堵漏浆无法对大尺寸裂缝(2.0~3.0 mm)形成有效的封堵,漏失风险较大;可降解凝胶暂堵剂JZD-1的耐温性能、降解性能和储层保护性能均比较好,能够满足裂缝性碳酸盐岩储层堵漏施工对堵漏材料基本性能的要求.另外,可降解凝胶暂堵剂JZD-1还具有良好的承压堵漏性能,当其质量分数为2.0%时,可有效降低不同尺寸裂缝的漏失量,并且承压能力均在10MPa以上.XJ-12井的现场应用结果表明,可降解凝胶暂堵剂JZD-1对漏失井段的堵漏效果较好,有效控制了钻井液的漏失量,取得了良好的现场应用效果.

In order to improve the drilling efficiency of fractured carbonate reservoir,the leakage damage of on-site drilling fluid and plugging slurry was simulated and evaluated.A degradable gel temporary plugging agent JZD-1 was prepared with acrylamide AM and crosslinker JZ-1 for hydrogel as raw materials.Its temperature resistance,degradability,reservoir protection and pressure plugging performance were evaluated in laboratory,and it was applied in the field.The results indicate that on-site drilling fluid and plugging slurry cannot effectively seal large-sized cracks(2.0~3.0 mm),and there is a high risk of leakage.The degradable gel temporary plugging agent JZD-1 has good temperature resistance,degradation performance and reservoir protection performance,which can meet the requirements of plugging construction for fractured carbonate reservoirs on the basic performance of plugging materials.In addition,the degradable gel temporary plugging agent JZD-1 also has good pressure plugging performance.When its mass fraction is 2.0%,it can effectively reduce the leakage of fractures of different sizes,and the pressure bearing capacity is above 10 MPa.The field application result of XJ-12 well shows that the degradable gel temporary plugging agent JZD-1 has good plugging effect on the lost circulation section,effectively controls the loss of drilling fluid,and achieves good field application effect.
