装备维保用自润滑聚氨酯摩擦材料研究OA
Research on Self-lubricating Polyurethane Friction Materials for Equipment Maintenance
摩擦润滑橡胶构件作为船舶装备维修保障重点对象,有必要对其组成及性能开展针对性研究.在此背景下,以传统橡胶构件聚氨酯材料为研究对象,设计将WS2与MWNTs作为自润滑填料加入其中,以探究其协同作用对聚氨酯材料摩擦性能的影响.测试发现,当WS2与MWNTs添加比例为3∶1时,自润滑聚氨酯摩擦材料的力学及摩擦性能较优,这为双组分自润滑填料应用于船舶摩擦润滑橡胶构件的维保提供了技术参考.
Friction-lubricated rubber components serve as a critical focus in the maintenance and support of marine equipment,thus demanding targeted research into their composition and performance.In this study,traditional polyurethane materials employed in rubber components are selected as the research subject.An experiment is designed to introduce WS2 and MWNTs as self-lubricating fillers into the material,with the objective of investigating the influence of their synergistic effect on the tribological properties of the polyurethane.Testing results demonstrate that when the addition ratio of WS2 to MWNTs is set at 3∶1,the polyurethane-based composite material exhibits outstanding mechanical and tribological properties.This offers a technical reference for the application of dual-component self-lubricating fillers in the maintenance of marine friction-lubricated rubber components.
