道路沥青TPAE改性剂制备工艺与交互特性研究OA
Research on Preparation Process and Interaction Characteristics of TPAE Modifier for Road Asphalt
[目的]为了实现弹性体材料对沥青路面材料性能的优化和改善,优选改性聚酰胺树脂(TPAE)作为基础材料,全面表征和识别TPAE 的微观形貌特征及典型结构.[方法]基于低温精细化研磨制备TPAE粉质改性剂,对比分析不同粒径粉质改性剂的微观形貌特征,明确低温研磨工艺对 TPAE 改性剂微观结构的破坏效应;深入分析 TPAE 改性剂与沥青胶结料微观界面的交互状态,基于流变模型全面分析 TPAE 改性沥青的相容性.[结果]①TPAE 颗粒切割面存在大量的圆形结构,圆形结构边缘光滑、清晰,形态完整;②不同圆形结构在断面中独立存在,仅有少部分圆形结构出现簇状聚集;③0.150 mm 和 0.075 mm TPAE粉的垂直向长宽比值明显增大,TPAE 粉微观形貌中的球状结构已不完整,且部分粉质颗粒边缘已出现明显的切割破坏情况;④0.075 mm TPAE 粉与基质沥青结合紧密,二者结合界面清晰,不存在明显的空洞和缝隙.[结论]TPAE 改性沥青属于非均相的聚合物体系,0.075 mm TPAE 粉与沥青具有较好的相容性,二者之间存在较强的交互效应,进而降低了改性沥青的离析程度,表明 TPAE 改性剂在沥青材料中应用的可行性.
[Objective]To optimize and enhance the performance of asphalt pavement materials using elastomer materials,thermoplastic polyamide elastomer(TPAE)is selected as the base material.The micromorphological characteristics and typi-cal structures of TPAE are comprehensively characterized and identified.[Methods]TPAE powder modifiers were prepared using low-temperature precision grinding,and the micromorphological characteristics of modifiers with different particle sizes were compared and analyzed.The destructive effects of the low-temperature grinding process on the microstructure of TPAE modifiers were clarified.The interaction state at the micro-interface between the TPAE modifier and asphalt binder was thor-oughly analyzed,and the compatibility of TPAE-modified asphalt was comprehensively analyzed based on the rheological model.[Results](1)The TPAE particle cut surfaces contained numerous circular structures with smooth,clear edges,and intact shapes.(2)These circular structures existed independently within the cross-section,with only a small portion showing clustered aggregation.(3)The vertical aspect ratio of the 0.150 mm and 0.075 mm TPAE powders increased significantly,and the spherical structures in the micromorphology of the TPAE powders became incomplete,with noticeable cutting damage appearing along the edges of some particles.(4)The 0.075 mm TPAE powder bound tightly with the base asphalt,exhibiting a clear interface without obvious voids or gaps.[Conclusion]TPAE-modified asphalt is a heterogeneous polymer system.The 0.075 mm TPAE powder demonstrates good compatibility with the asphalt and stronger interaction with it,thereby reduc-ing the segregation of the modified asphalt and indicating the feasibility of applying the TPAE modifier in asphalt materials.
