数字化转型视角下智慧农业对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响OA
The Impact of Smart Agriculture on Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity from the Perspective of Digital Transformation
数字化转型背景下,智慧农业通过重构生产要素配置机制驱动农业绿色转型.基于2013-2023年中国30个省级行政区数据,结合压力—状态—响应(PSR)动态赋能理论框架,采用熵权—模糊综合评价法与SBM-GML模型分别评估智慧农业发展水平和农业绿色全要素生产率,并检验其影响机制.研究发现:智慧农业对农业绿色全要素生产率存在显著的正向促进作用;其作用机制主要依托农业绿色技术进步的驱动效应,且呈现非线性阶梯强化特征——农业绿色技术进步水平突破2个关键阈值(1.235和1.562)时,智慧农业对农业绿色全要素生产率的边际促进效应显著增强,呈现出"累积—跃迁—强化"的阶梯式演进特征;智慧农业的赋能成效会受到区域压力层(资源约束、政策目标)与状态层(基础设施、人力资本)的显著调节.具体表现为:东部与中部地区呈现显著赋能效果,西部地区不显著;"秦岭—淮河线"南侧区域赋能效果显著而北侧区域不显著;"胡焕庸线"东南侧区域的赋能效果优于西北侧区域.据此,提出构建基于技术演进阶段与区域禀赋精准匹配的系统性政策框架,突破"重设备轻效能"的实施瓶颈.
In the context of digital transformation,smart agriculture drives the green transformation of ag-riculture by restructuring the allocation mechanisms of production factors.Based on panel data from 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China spanning from 2013 to 2023,this study employs the Pressure-State-Response(PSR)dynamic empowerment theoretical framework to investigate this process.The entropy-weighted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the SBM-GML model are u-tilized to assess the development level of smart agriculture and agricultural green total factor productivity(AGTFP),respectively,and to examine the underlying impact mechanisms.Findings indicate that smart agriculture exerts a statistically significant positive effect on AGTFP.This effect operates primarily through the driving force of agricultural green technological progress,exhibiting a nonlinear,stepwise in-tensification pattern:the marginal promoting effect of smart agriculture on significantly strengthens when the level of agricultural green technological progress surpasses two critical thresholds(1.235 and 1.562),manifesting a"cumulative-leap-reinforcement"staged evolutionary trajectory.Furthermore,the enab-ling efficacy of smart agriculture is significantly moderated by regional pressure-level factors(e.g.,re-source constraints and policy targets)and state-level factors(e.g.,infrastructure endowment and hu-man capital).Specifically,the enabling effect is statistically significant in the eastern and central regions but insignificant in the western region;it is significant south of the Qinling-Huaihe Line but insignificant north of it;and it is stronger in the southeastern quadrant relative to the northwestern quadrant of the Hu Huanyong Line.Robustness checks-including alternative variable measurement approaches,data clean-ing procedures,and time-series sensitivity analyses-along with an instrumental variable(Ⅳ)approach to mitigate endogeneity concerns,collectively confirm the credibility and stability of the findings.Accord-ingly,this study proposes a systematic policy framework grounded in precise alignment between the stage of technological evolution and regional endowments,aiming to overcome the implementation bottleneck characterized by"emphasizing equipment over efficiency."
