数字生态文明何以超越工业文明?OA

Digital ecological civilization represents a practical form in which intelligent machine systems are deeply integrated into the process of ecological civilization construction.Its core connotation must be grasped starting from the foundational concept of"machine".Drawing on Marx's systematic exposition of machines-emphasizing their integrative character,mediating function,and symbolic role-this paper constructs an analytical framework comprising"technological form-application logic-civilizational para-digm",offering critical theoretical guidance for understanding how digital ecological civilization tran-scends industrial civilization.Based on this framework,three dimensions of differentiation emerge:First,at the level of technological form,digital ecological civilization rests upon"digital machines"as its tech-nical foundation-machines that possess significantly enhanced capabilities in ecological perception,regu-lation,and coordination compared with the"industrial machines"underpinning industrial civilization.Second,at the level of application logic,machines under capitalist institutions tend to become alienated instruments of capital accumulation;by contrast,within the institutional framework of socialism,the ap-plication logic of digital machines can be reoriented toward serving collective ecological interests-trans-forming them into"public environmental instruments".Third,at the level of civilizational paradigm,dig-ital ecological civilization,underpinned by new-quality productive forces,fosters deep integration be-tween digital technologies and ecological protection,thereby establishing a sustainable development para-digm characterized by"green intelligence"-a paradigm that fundamentally supersedes industrial civiliza-tion's outdated model of"disordered growth".
