核电厂维修技术授权(MTA)培训体系构建OA
Construction and Application of the Maintenance Technology Authorization Training System in Nuclear Power Plants
核电新建项目密集投建与在运机组延寿改造的双重驱动,导致维修技术人才需求呈现爆发式增长.在此背景下,构建可持续的人才供给体系已成为行业发展的关键命题.本文基于系统化培训方法,构建了维修技术授权培训体系(MTA).该体系以"培训-考核-授权-上岗"为核心主线,通过岗位分析建立单项维修技术授权(Single Maintenance Technology Au-thorization,SMTA)序列及五级能力阶梯;基于任务分析精准匹配培训目标与知识-技能-态度(Knowledge-Skill-Attitude,KSA)需求,遵循"721原则"设计培训路径,并建立标准化流程与科学化考核机制.实践表明,该体系显著提升了维修人员的专业技能培养效率,为核电站的安全稳定运行提供了重要保障.
Currently,China's nuclear power industry is in a phase of rapid development.Driven by the dual factors of intensive construction of new projects and life-extension renovations of operational units,the demand for maintenance technical personnel has experienced explosive growth.Against this backdrop,establishing a sustainable talent supply system has become a critical challenge for industry development.This paper constructs a Maintenance Technology Authorization(MTA)training system based on the Systematic Approach to Training(SAT).The system centers on the core framework of"Training-Assessment-Authorization-Job Assignment",establishing a sequence of Single Maintenance Technology Authorizations(SMTA)and a five-level competency ladder through job analysis.lt precisely aligns training objectives with Knowledge-Skill-Attitude(KSA)requirements based on task analysis,designs training pathways following the"70-20-10 principle",and establishes standardized processes and scientific assessment mechanisms.Practical results demonstrate that this system significantly enhances the efficiency of professional skill development for maintenance personnel,providing crucial support for the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.
