Safety Evaluation and Optimization Improvement of Multimodal Transport Interfaces for Spent Fuel in Nuclear Power Plants
核电站乏燃料多式联运接口涉及运输安全及核安全,是乏燃料多式联运的关键技术之一.结合乏燃料货包特性及公路、海路和铁路运输要求,对核电站乏燃料多式联运接口开展建模和安全评价.针对核安全法规标准的进一步要求,对核电站乏燃料多式联运接口体系进行优化改进,并对改进后的联运体系进行安全评价.评价结果表明优化改进后多式联运体系安全可靠,满足标准规范要求.
The multimodal transport interface of spent fuel from nuclear power plants is crucial for transportation safety and nuclear safety,serving as one of the key technologies in spent fuel multimodal transport.By integrating the characteristics of spent fuel casks with the requirements of road,maritime,and railway transport,modeling and safety evaluation were conducted for the multimodal transport of spent fuel from nuclear power plants.In response to further review requirements,the interface system for multimodal transport of spent fuel was optimized and improved,followed by a safety evaluation of the enhanced transport system.The evaluation results demonstrate that the optimized multimodal transport system is safe,reliable,and compliant with standard specifications.
