Preliminary Discussion on Safety Standards for Tritiated Water Storage Tanks in Fusion Devices

聚变装置氚化水储罐作为储存和处理聚变反应产生氚化水的设备,其妥善储存和处理对于减少地下水、地表水和生态系统的污染从而保护环境和生态系统的健康至关重要.其设计和制造的高质量、安全可靠的服役需要相应的安全标准支撑.本文对ASME、RCC-M和GB/T 150标准体系进行研究和对比分析,结合类似设备设计制造用标准的应用经验,提出国内聚变装置氚化水储罐安全标准初步建议.

The tritiated water storage tank of fusion device is a device for storing and treating tritiated water produced by fusion reaction.Through proper storage and treatment of tritiated water,it can reduce its pollution to groundwater,surface water and ecosystem,so as to protect the health of environment and ecosystem.To ensure its high-quality design and manufacture,safe and reliable service,the support of the corresponding safety standards is imperative.This paper investigates and compares the ASME,RCC-M and GB/150 standard systems.Based on this analysis and incorporating application experience of similar equipment,it proposes preliminary recommendations for establishing domestic safety standards for tritiated water storage tanks in fusion devices.
