广东大亚湾核电站建造时期的中法核安全合作OA
Sino-French Nuclear Safety Cooperation During the Construction of the Guangdong Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station
中国国家核安全局(NNSA)与法国核安全和辐射防护研究院(IPSN)在广东大亚湾核电站(GNPS)建造时期进行了中法核安全合作,培训了一批中国核安全工程师,并联合进行和成功完成了GNPS初步安全分析报告(PSAR)和最终安全分析报告(FSAR)的审查,为中国后续核电站和核设施的核安全审查起到了很好的示范作用,建立了典型的审评模式.作者参与了IPSN核安全培训和对大亚湾核电站PSAR和FSAR审查的全过程,本文概要地介绍了这一过程和取得的主要成果.
During the construction of the Guangdong Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station(GNPS),the National Nuclear Safety Administration(NNSA)of China and the French Institute for Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection(IPSN)carried out Sino-French nuclear safety cooperation.A group of Chinese nuclear safety engi-neers were trained,and joint reviews of the GNPS Preliminary Safety Analysis Report(PSAR)and Final Safety Analysis Report(FSAR)were conducted and successfully completed.This has set a good example for nuclear safety reviews of subsequent nuclear power plants and nuclear facilities in China and established a typical review model.The authors of this paper participated in the IPSN nuclear safety training and the entire process of reviewing the PSAR and FSAR of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station.This article briefly introduces this process and the main achievements obtained.
