10个水稻种质资源稻瘟病抗性表达与产量性状分析OA
Analysis of Blast Resistance Expression and Yield Traits in 10 Rice Germplasm Resources
为探明中籼稻组合稻瘟病抗性与产量性状的遗传关系,以10个中籼稻新组合及1个对照为材料,系统测定了其产量构成因子,在安徽、湖北两地病圃进行自然诱发鉴定,计算平均抗性指数(MRI),并采用分子标记技术检测了8个稻瘟病抗性基因,综合运用相关分析、通径分析、主成分分析(PCA)等方法对供试材料进行了多性状综合评价.结果表明,穗实粒数对产量的直接效应最大(0.65),是产量形成的核心决定因子.MRI较高的材料其穗实粒数及产量往往较低,如高感对照ck产量低于多个中抗组合,暗示在该供试群体中存在明显的"抗性-产量"权衡关系.值得注意的是,携带Pigm基因的组合能够在维持中等抗性水平的同时实现较高产量,显示出该基因在协同改良中的潜在价值.提出了一种以"避免高感"为基础、以"强化穗实粒数和结实率"为核心的中等抗性高产育种策略,为水稻高产抗病协同育种提供了新的理论依据和优异的亲本材料.
To investigate the genetic relationship between blast resistance and yield traits in medium indica rice combina-tions,ten new medium indica rice combinations and one control were used as materials.The yield components of these ma-terials were systematically measured,and natural induction identification was conducted in disease nurseries in Anhui Provincesand Hubei Province to calculate the mean resistance index(MRI).Furthermore,eight blast resistance genes were detected using molecular marker technology.Comprehensive evaluations of multiple traits were performed using correla-tion analysis,path analysis,and principal component analysis(PCA).The results showed that the number of filled grains per panicle had the largest direct effect on yield(0.65),making it the core determinant of yield formation.Materials with a higher MRI tended to have lower numbers of filled grains per panicle and lower yields.For example,the highly suscep-tible control(ck)exhibited lower yield than several moderately resistant combinations,suggesting a clear'resistance-yield'trade-off within the tested population.Notably,combinations carrying the Pigm gene achieved relatively high yields while maintaining moderate resistance levels,indicating the potential value of this gene in synergistic improvement.A medium-resistance and high-yield breeding strategy was proposed,based on'avoiding high susceptibility'and centered on'enhanc-ing the number of filled grains per panicle and seed setting rate'.This study provides a new theoretical basis and elite pa-rental materials for the synergistic breeding of high-yield and blast-resistant rice.
