胺鲜酯浸种对新麦草种子萌发特性的影响OA
Effects of Diethyl Aminoethyl Hexanoate Seed Soaking on Germination Characteristics of Psathyrostachys juncea
为进一步提升新麦草(P.perennis Keng)种子的萌发能力,以'莫钦乌拉'新麦草(P.perennis Keng.cv.'Moqin-wula')种子为材料,探究外源植物生长调节剂胺鲜酯(Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate,DA-6)对种子萌发特性的影响.结果表明,DA-6浓度与浸种时长均对新麦草种子萌发存在显著影响,且呈典型的低促高抑效应.其中,100 mg/L DA-6浸种14 h为最优处理组合,该条件下种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数分别达76.00%、50.00%和80.86,相较于对照组分别显著提升40.74%、114.32%和52.36%.综上所述,新麦草播种前采用100 mg/L DA-6溶液浸种处理14 h,是一种有效打破种子休眠、提升成苗质量的预处理手段,对于应用乡土草种进行生态修复与人工草地的成功建植具有参考价值.
To further improve the seed germination ability of Psathyrostachys perennis Keng(syn.P.perennis Keng),seeds of the cultivar'Moqinwula'were used to investigate the effects of exogenous plant growth regulator diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DA-6)on seed germination characteristics.The results showed that both DA-6 concentration and soaking dura-tion had significant effects on seed germination,exhibiting a typical low-promotion and high-inhibition effect.Among all treatments,soaking seeds in 100 mg/L DA-6 for 14 hours was identified as the optimal combination.Under this condition,the seed germination percentage,germination energy,and germination index reached 76.00%,50.00%,and 80.86,respec-tively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group by 40.74%,114.32%,and 52.36%,respectively.In conclusion,soaking seeds of P.perennis Keng in 100 mg/L DA-6 solution for 14 hours prior to sowing was an effective pretreatment method to break seed dormancy and improve seedling establishment quality.This approach provides a valu-able reference for ecological restoration using native grass species and successful establishment of cultivated grasslands.
