牡荆植物学特征及叶片抗氧化特性分析OA

为提高牡荆种质资源利用率,加快品种选育进程,对牡荆种质植物学特征、叶面积、叶绿素、含水量及抗氧化特性进行了分析.结果表明,牡荆表型多样,多数种质叶片披针形,边缘有粗锯齿,叶片被柔毛,花序淡紫色.M6花序较长,且具有椭圆状披针形叶片,可作为优良观赏种质资源进行推广.M3、M9与M4、M6种质叶面积不显著,与其余牡荆种质差异显著,M2叶面积最小,仅为M3叶面积的46.47%.牡荆种质间叶片含水量和叶绿素也有差异,M1叶绿素含量最高,M6的叶绿素含量最低.M6和M9叶片黄酮含量较高,M1、M5、M6和M9叶片的DPPH自由基清除率较高.牡荆不同种质间叶片抗氧化酶活性存在差异,M5种质SOD、POD活性均最高,APX活性则是M8最高,显著高于M1、M2、M4、M5、M6、M7、M9等.

To improve the utilization efficiency of Vitex negundo germplasm resources and accelerate the breeding process,the botanical characteristics,leaf area,chlorophyll content,water content,and antioxidant properties of Vitex ne-gundo germplasm were analyzed.The results showed that Vitex negundo exhibits diverse phenotypes.Most germplasms have lanceolate leaves with coarsely serrated margins,pubescent leaf surfaces,and light purple inflorescences.M6,which possesses an elongated inflorescence and elliptic-lanceolate leaves,could be promoted as an excellent ornamental germ-plasm resource.No significant difference in leaf area was observed among M3,M9,M4,and M6,whereas significant differ-ences were found between these and the other Vitex negundo germplasms.M2 had the smallest leaf area,which was only 46.47%of that of M3.Leaf water content and chlorophyll content also varied among the germplasms.M1 exhibited the highest chlorophyll content,while M6 had the lowest.M6 and M9 showed high flavonoid content in the leaves,while M1,M5,M6,and M9 exhibited high DPPH radical scavenging activity.Antioxidant enzyme activities in the leaves differed among the Vitex negundo germplasms.M5 had the highest SOD and POD activities,while M8 had the highest APX activity,which was significantly higher than that of M1,M2,M4,M5,M6,M7,M9.
