应用多元分析法探讨研究不同来源的蔗糖溶液中离子种类和强度对电导率的影响,为蔗糖质量控制提供数据支撑.采用离子色谱法测定 45 批蔗糖样品中的亚硫酸根离子、硫酸根离子、钠离子、钾离子、镁离子和钙离子含量,用电导率仪测定样品电导率;通过多元相关分析法对各单一离子及电导率相互之间的相关性进行描述分析,采用偏最小二乘回归法建立离子与电导率的关联模型,并划分校正集与预测集验证模型准确性与可靠性.多元相关分析结果显示:电导率与钾离子、钙离子和硫酸根离子呈较强的显著正相关性,与硫酸根离子呈较弱显著正相关性,与钠离子和镁离子无显著的相关性.偏最小二乘回归模型结果显示:几种离子强度与电导率之间有较好的多元线性关系,模型校正决定因子R2=0.925441,预测均方根误差(RMSEP)为 4.7445,预测误差小,模型稳健准确.蔗糖电导率与离子种类及强度呈显著相关关系.所建回归模型可用于蔗糖电导率预测与质量控制,也可为进一步完善《中国药典》蔗糖标准提供参考.

Multivariate analysis was used to investigate the effects of ion species and concentration on the conductivity of sucrose solutions from different sources,providing data to support sucrose quality control.Ion chromatography was employed to determine the content of sulfite,sulfate,sodium,potassium,magnesium,and calcium ions in 45 batches of sucrose samples,and a conductivity meter was used to measure the conductivity of each sample.Multivariate correlation analysis was conducted to describe and analyze the correlations between individual ions and conductivity.A partial least squares regression model was established to correlate ion content with conductivity,and its accuracy and reliability were verified using calibration and prediction sets.The multivariate correlation analysis revealed that conductivity exhibited a strong,significant positive correlation with potassium ions,calcium ions,and sulfate ions;a weak,significant positive correlation with sulfite ions;and no significant correlation with sodium or magnesium ions.The partial least squares regression model demonstrated a good multivariate linear relationship between the concentrations of the several ions and conductivity,with a coefficient of determination(R2)of 0.925441 and a root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)of 4.7445,indicating small prediction error,robustness,and accuracy.Sucrose conductivity is significantly correlated with ion species and concentration.The established regression model can be used for predicting sucrose conductivity and supporting quality control,and also provides a reference for further refining the sucrose standard in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
