旨在通过优化串联离子交换树脂的组合工艺,提升清汁糖浆的脱色与脱盐效率,并探究对脱盐再生废液进行纳滤处理后回用于树脂再生的可行性,以期实现废液的资源化利用并减少排放.研究首先筛选了不同配比的阴(LX-958 氢氧型)、阳(LX-150 氢型)离子交换树脂,确定了最佳脱盐比例为2.5︰1.进而构建了多种树脂串联组合,通过动态吸附实验对比其处理能力.最终筛选出"LX-975 氯型+LX-975 氢氧型+LX-958 氢氧型+LX-150 氢型"的阴-阴-阴-阳串联组合为核心工艺.针对脱盐再生产生的酸碱废液,研究采用纳滤技术进行处理,将得到的产水补充适量酸或碱后,作为回用再生液用于脱盐树脂的再生.通过系统对比常规再生与回用再生条件下树脂的脱盐性能、周期运行稳定性及再生液成分变化,评估该集成工艺的效果.结果表明,所确定的阴-阴-阴-阳串联组合具有最优的脱色脱盐能力,单次运行处理糖浆量可达22 000 mL,且该组合经5 次再生后性能保持稳定.更为重要的是,使用回用再生液再生的树脂,其脱盐能力显著优于使用新鲜再生液常规再生的树脂,在长达10 个周期的运行中,前者平均处理量(67 BV)高于后者(60 BV).阴-阴-阴-阳串联离子交换树脂组合可高效用于糖浆脱色脱盐,且基于纳滤的再生液回用技术切实可行.该技术不仅能提升树脂的脱盐效率,还能实现再生废液的循环利用,为糖厂降低废水处理负荷和运行成本提供了有效的技术参考.

This study aimed to enhance the decolorization and desalination efficiency of clarified juice syrup by optimizing the configuration of series-connected ion exchange resins and to investigate the feasibility of reusing nanofiltration-treated desalination regenerant for resin regeneration,thereby promoting resource recovery and reducing effluent discharge.The research initially screened anion(LX-958 hydroxide-type)and cation(LX-150 hydrogen-type)exchange resins at different ratios,identifying an optimal desalination ratio of 2.5︰1.Subsequently,various series configurations were constructed and evaluated through dynamic adsorption experiments for their treatment capacity.The"LX-975 chloride-type+LX-975 hydroxide-type+LX-958 hydroxide-type+LX-150 hydrogen-type"anion-anion-anion-cation series configuration was selected as the core process.For the acidic and alkaline waste generated from desalination resin regeneration,nanofiltration technology was employed.The obtained permeate,after supplementation with appropriate amounts of acid or alkali,was used as the recycled regenerant.A systematic comparison was conducted between conventional regeneration and recycled-regenerant regeneration regarding resin desalination performance,operational stability over multiple cycles,and changes in regenerant composition to evaluate the integrated process.The results demonstrated that the identified anion-anion-anion-cation series configuration exhibited optimal decolorization and desalination capabilities,achieving a single-run syrup treatment volume of 22 000 mL.This configuration maintained stable performance through five regeneration cycles.More importantly,resins regenerated with the recycled regenerant showed significantly superior desalination performance compared to those regenerated with fresh conventional regenerant.Over ten operational cycles,the average treatment capacity for the former(67 BV)was higher than that of the latter(60 BV).The anion-anion-anion-cation series ion exchange resin configuration can be efficiently applied for syrup decolorization and desalination,and the nanofiltration-based regenerant reuse technology is viable.This approach not only improves resin desalination efficiency but also enables the recycling of waste regenerant,providing an effective technical reference for sugar refineries to reduce wastewater treatment load and operational costs.
