宿根蔗"碎叶-破垄-施肥-起垄"一体化技术的减肥增效研究OA
Study on Fertilizer Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement of Integrated"Leaf Shredding-Ridge Breaking-Fertilization-Ridging"Technology for Ratoon Sugarcane
为探索解决宿根蔗传统管理模式存在的培土质量差、高位芽多发、倒伏严重及用工成本高等问题,本研究于 2020-2022 年在广西崇左市扶绥县渠黎镇开展大规模田间对比试验,系统评估碎叶破垄施肥起垄一体化技术的综合应用效果.结果表明,该技术较传统模式表现出显著优越性:有效消除高位芽,培土高度增加 5~10 cm,成熟期有效茎率提高 11.87个百分点,倒伏率下降 45.8%;3 年试验平均增产 32.5%;作业窗口期延长 30 天以上,吨蔗化肥用量减少约 30.0%,工效提升 1.7~2.0 倍,综合生产成本下降 25.9%,宿根年限理论上可延长 1~2年.土壤理化性状分析显示,耕层有机质含量提升 0.15 g/kg,土壤容重降低,孔隙度增加.研究结果表明,该技术实现了"一机多能、减肥增效"的双重目标,是一种轻简高效的栽培模式,对推动蔗区节本增效与绿色可持续发展具有重要推广价值.
To address the limitations of traditional ratoon sugarcane management—including suboptimal earthing-up quality,frequent occurrence of high-position buds,severe lodging,and high labor costs—this study conducted large-scale field comparative trials in Quli Town,Fusui County,Chongzuo City,Guangxi,from 2020 to 2022.The trials systematically evaluated the integrated technology combining leaf shredding,ridge breaking,fertilization,and ridging.Results demonstrated that the technology significantly outperformed conventional practices:it effectively eliminated high-position buds,increased earthing-up height by 5-10 cm,improved the rate of effective stalks at maturity by 11.87 percentage points,and reduced lodging by 45.8%.Over the three-year study period,the integrated approach resulted in an average yield increase of 32.5%.Additionally,it extended the operational window by more than 30 days,reduced fertilizer input per ton of sugarcane by approximately 30.0%,enhanced work efficiency by 1.7-2.0 times,lowered overall production costs by 25.9%,and theoretically prolonged the ratooning cycle by 1-2 years.Analysis of soil physicochemical properties showed that the technology increased soil organic matter in the plow layer by 0.15 g/kg,reduced bulk density,and improved porosity.These findings indicate that the integrated leaf shredding,ridge breaking,fertilizing,and ridging technology achieves the dual goals of"enabling multiple operations with one machine"and"reducing fertilizer use while increasing efficiency".This lightweight and efficient cultivation model holds substantial practical value for advancing cost-effective,efficient,and sustainable sugarcane production in key sugarcane-growing regions.
