[目的]探析贵州省肉牛产业的发展现状、优势及存在的问题,提出产业提质增效的发展路径,助推贵州省肉牛产业高质量发展.[方法]2024年1-6月深入走访贵州省10个肉牛产业重点县(市),与政府部门、农技人员、企业、合作社和养殖户进行座谈和访谈,结合发展背景、宏观数据和微观案例,全面分析贵州省肉牛产业发展情况.[结果]贵州省肉牛产业已形成以本地秸秆、酒糟等特色饲料资源为支撑,涵盖良种繁育、生态养殖、精深加工及品牌培育的特色发展模式,产业整体呈稳步增长态势,初步实现资源循环利用与产业链价值提升,但仍面临饲草料供给不稳定、育种技术薄弱、标准化程度低、加工能力不足及品牌影响力有限等多重挑战.未来应坚持全产业链提升与多主体协同并进:一方面着力加强优质饲草料保障、强化良种繁育与标准化养殖、提升精深加工技术并优化粪污处理体系,推动品牌建设与市场拓展;另一方面需构建政府引导、科研支撑、企业带动、合作社组织、家庭牧场示范的协同机制,形成合力推动肉牛产业高质量发展.[结论]贵州省肉牛产业高质量发展应围绕全产业链升级,强化科技赋能与标准化生产,同时推动政府、科研机构、企业、合作社等多主体协同发力,共同促进肉牛产业的高效、绿色、品牌化高质量发展.

[Objective]This study aims to examine the current status,advantages and existing bottlenecks of the beef cattle industry in Guizhou Province.By proposing pathways for improving industrial quality and efficiency,this research seeks to promote the high-quality development of the region's beef cattle industry.[Method]Field investigations were conducted from January to June 2024 across ten key beef cattle-producing counties in Guizhou.Data were gathered through interviews and forums with government officials,agricultural technicians,enterprises,cooperatives and farmers.The study analyzes the development of beef cattle by integrating development context,macro-statistics,and micro-case studies.[Result]Guizhou has established a specialized development model supported by local resources such as crop straw and distiller's grains,covering breeding,ecological farming,deep processing,and brand cultivation.While the industry exhibits a steady growth trajectory with improved resource recycling and value chain appreciation,it faces constraints such as unstable forage supply,weak breeding technology,low standardization,insufficient processing capacity,and limited brand influence.Future development requires a dual focus on whole-chain upgrading and multi-stakeholder synergy.Specifically,strategies must prioritize securing high-quality forage,strengthening breeding and standardized farming,enhancing deep processing technology and optimizing waste management to drive brand construction market expansion.Concurrently,a collaborative mechanism involving government guidance,scientific support,corporate leadership,cooperative organization,and demonstration by family farms is essential,so that from joint effect to promote the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry.[Conclusion]High-quality development of Guizhou's beef cattle industry depends on upgrading the entire value chain and reinforcing technological innovation and standardized production.Furthermore,coordinated efforts among the government,research institutions,enterprises,and cooperatives are required to transition the industry toward a more efficient,eco-friendly,and brand-oriented future.
