基于主成分分析的辣椒新品种引进评价OA
Evaluation of Introduced New Pepper Varieties Based on Principal Component Analysis
[目的]筛选适宜在贵州省福泉市种植的辣椒新品种,为福泉辣椒推广种植提供科学依据.[方法]以贵州省辣椒研究所新育成的辣研 801、辣研 901、辣研 902等 13个辣椒品种为材料,测定不同品种辣椒农艺性状,通过主成分分析、聚类分析等对辣椒品种进行综合评价.[结果]辣椒农艺性状的平均变异系数为22.41%,说明不同性状的变异丰富,其中,茎粗的变异系数最小,为 10.16%;单果重的变异系数最大,为40.14%.辣椒各性状间的相关性存在显著差异,其中,单株产量、产量与茎粗、单果重呈极显著正相关,与果宽、果肉厚呈显著正相关,与辣椒长势性状株高和首花节位呈显著和极显著负相关,与挂果数无显著相关.主成分分析结果表明,所有性状可归为 3个主成分,累计贡献率达 83.02%,茎粗、果宽、果肉厚和单果重是影响辣椒产量的关键指标.辣研903、辣研904、辣研905综合得分分别为2.97分、0.73分、0.70分;辣研901得分最低,仅-1.48分.13个品种可分为 4个类群,其中,第 1类为辣研 903单独聚类;第 2类为辣研 901单独聚类;第3类为辣研 911、辣研 912和辣研 913;第 4类为辣研 910、辣研 801、辣研 909、辣研 904、辣研 908、辣研 907、辣研902和辣研905.[结论]辣研903、辣研904和辣研905综合评价较高,适宜在福泉当地推广种植.
[Objective]New pepper varieties suitable for cultivation in Fuquan City were selected to provide a scientific basis for popularization and cultivation of pepper in Fuquan City,Guizhou.[Method]The agronomic traits of 13 pepper varieties newly bred by Guizhou Pepper Research Institute were determined and comprehensively evaluated by PCA and clustering analysis.[Result]The average variable coefficient of pepper agronomic traits was 22.41%,which indicated there was rich in variation of different agronomic traits.The variable coefficient of stem diameter and single fruit weight was 10.16%(the minimum)and 40.14%(the maximum)respectively.There were significant differences in correlations between different agronomic traits of pepper,of which,yield per plant and yield/667m2 were positively related to stem diameter and single fruit weight very significantly,positively related to fruit width and flesh thickness significantly,negatively related to plant height and first flower position significantly and very significantly,and not related to bearing fruit number.The PCA showed that all agronomic traits were divided into 3 principal components with 83.02%accumulative contribution rate.Stem diameter,fruit width,flesh thickness and single fruit weight were the key indexes affecting pepper yield.The comprehensive score of Layan 903,Layan 904,Layan 905 and Layan 901 was 2.97,0.73,0.70 and-1.48 respectively.13 tested pepper varieties were divided into 4 groups.Layan 903 and Layan 901 belonged to GroupⅠand Group Ⅱseparately.Layan 911,Layan 912 and Layan 913 belonged to Group Ⅲ.Layan 910,Layan 801,Layan 909,Layan 904,Layan 908,Layan 907,Layan 902 and Layan 905 belonged to Group Ⅳ.[Conclusion]Layan 903,Layan 904 and Layan 905 with a higher comprehensive score are suitable for popularization and cultivation in Fuquan City,Guizhou.
