外源激素对红锥叶片生理特性的影响OA

Effects of Exogenous Hormones on Physiological Characteristics of Castanopsis hystrix Leaves

为探究外源激素对红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)叶片生理特性的影响,给激素调控红锥花芽分化提供理论依据,以3年生红锥嫁接苗为试验材料,采用L9(3)⁴正交试验设计,开展4种外源激素[6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)和生长素(IAA)]不同浓度配比叶片喷施试验,在花芽分化期(2022年10月—2023年2月),测定叶片生理和矿质元素指标.结果表明,外源激素对红锥叶片生理指标和矿质元素积累具有阶段性调控作用,大部分指标均呈一定变化规律.ABA和6-BA 均为影响红锥叶片生理指标的主导因素,100 mg/L ABA与200 mg/L 6-BA组合对叶片生理指标的提升效果最优.

In order to investigate effects of exogenous hormones on physiological characteristics of Castanopsis hystrix leaves and to provide theoretical basis for hormonal regulation of flower bud differentiation in C.hystrix,taking three-year-old C.hystrix grafted seedlings as experimental materials,L9(3)⁴ orthogonal experimental de-sign was applied to implement foliar spray experiment with different concentration combinations of four exoge-nous hormones(6-BA,GA3,ABA and IAA).During flower bud differentiation period(from October 2022 to February 2023),leaf physiological and mineral element indexes were determined.Results showed that exoge-nous hormones exerted stage-specific regulatory effects on physiological indexes and mineral element accumu-lation in C.hystrix leaves.Most indexes showed regular changing trends.ABA and 6-BA were dominant factors affecting physiological indexes of C.hystrix leaves,and combination of 100 mg/L ABA and 200 mg/L 6-BA ex-hibited optimal promoting effect on these physiological indexes.
