种植密度对金毛狗生长特性与根状茎的影响OA

为明确珍稀药用植物金毛狗(Cibotium barometz)人工栽培最优种植密度,在3个试验点杉木(Cunninghamia lanceola-ta)林林下均设置 5个种植密度处理(1 m×1 m、1 m×1.5 m、1 m×2 m、1.5 m×1.5 m和1.5 m×2 m),分析种植密度对金毛狗株高和冠幅等生长特性及根状茎鲜重和产量的影响.结果表明,株高、冠幅和根状茎鲜重在3个试验点均随种植密度降低总体呈先升后稳定的趋势,均在≤1 m×1.5 m种植密度处理下总体趋于稳定;根状茎产量在3个试验点均随种植密度降低呈先升后降的趋势,均在1 m×1.5 m种植密度处理下最高.在同一种植密度处理下,冠幅和根状茎鲜重在3个试验点间均差异显著,表明其均受环境影响较大.1 m×1.5 m种植密度处理为5个种植密度处理中较适合金毛狗生长的种植密度.

In order to determine optimal planting density for artificial cultivation of rare medicinal plant Cibot-ium barometz,five planting density treatments(1 m×1 m,1 m×1.5 m,1 m×2 m,1.5 m×1.5 m and 1.5 m×2 m)were set under Cunninghamia lanceolata plantations in three experimental points.Effects of planting density on C.barometz growth characteristic(plant height and crown width)and rhizome(fresh weight and yield)were ana-lyzed.Results showed that plant heights,crown widths and rhizome fresh weights generally showed trends of in-crease followed by stabilization as planting density decreasing in three experimental points,all of which general-ly stabilized in≤1 m×1.5 m planting density treatments.Rhizome yields showed trends of increase followed by decrease as planting density decreasing in three experimental points,all of which reached the highest levels in 1 m×1.5 m planting density treatments.In the same planting density treatments,crown widths and rhizome fresh weights were significantly different among three experimental points,indicating which were significantly influenced by environments.Among five planting density treatments,1 m×1.5 m planting density treatment was more suitable for C.barometz growth.
