热休克蛋白调控帕金森病的作用机制研究进展OA

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Heat Shock Proteins in Regulating Parkinson's Disease

热休克蛋白(Heat Shock Proteins,HSPs)作为人体内一类重要的分子伴侣蛋白,可参与调控多种病理生理过程,在维持人体健康中发挥重要作用.随着对其研究不断深入,发现HSPs在帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)中发挥重要的调节作用,逐渐成为治疗这一神经退行性疾病的关键靶点.笔者对HSPs通过影响α-突触核蛋白(Alpha-Synuclein,α-Syn)聚集、线粒体功能与氧化应激、细胞的自噬、细胞的凋亡及神经炎症等参与PD的病理机制进行综述,旨在为PD治疗提供新的研究和临床应用方向.

Heat Shock Proteins(HSPs),as a crucial class of molecular chaperones in the human body,partici-pate in the regulation of various pathophysiological processes and play a vital role in maintaining human health.With the deepening of research,HSPs have been found to exert significant regulatory effects in Parkinson's dis-ease(PD),gradually emerging as a key therapeutic target for this neurodegenerative disorder.This article sum-marizes the pathological mechanisms through which HSPs are involved in PD by influencing alpha-synuclein(α-Syn)aggregation,mitochondrial function and oxidative stress,cellular autophagy,apoptosis,and neuroin-flammation,aiming to provide new research and clinical application directions for PD treatment.
