Research progress on the design and process optimization of 3D-printed removable partial denture frameworks

三维打印技术亦称为3D打印技术,是一种基于计算机辅助设计的先进制造工艺,通过逐层叠加材料构建复杂的三维结构.该技术凭借材料利用率高、生产效率快、可成型复杂几何结构以及支持个性化定制等优势,已广泛应用于可摘局部义齿支架的制造领域.然而,3D打印可摘局部义齿支架的质量与性能受多种因素影响,包括材料特性、工艺参数、结构设计及后处理工艺等.本文综述了当前3D打印技术在可摘局部义齿支架制造中的关键影响因素及其优化策略,以期为临床应用提供理论依据和技术参考.

3D printing is an advanced manufacturing process based on computer-aided design,which builds complex 3D structures through the layer-by-layer addition of materials.Owing to its high material utilization,rapid production effi-ciency,ability to fabricate intricate geometries,and support for personalized customization,this technology has been wide-ly applied in the fabrication of removable partial denture(RPD)frameworks.However,the quality and performance of 3D-printed RPD frameworks are influenced by multiple factors,including material properties,process parameters,struc-tural design,and postprocessing techniques.This review summarizes the key influencing factors and optimization strate-gies in the application of 3D printing for RPD framework fabrication,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and techni-cal reference for clinical practice.
