中国数字经济与医药制造业发展的耦合协调发展及时空演变分析OA
Analysis of coupling coordination development and its spatiotemporal evolution between digital economy and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China
目的 探究中国数字经济与医药制造业的耦合协调关系及其时空演变特征.方法 基于2013-2023年中国30个省(区、市)的省级面板数据,构建综合评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型和空间自相关分析方法进行实证检验.结果 中国数字经济与医药制造业耦合协调度均值从2013年的0.254上升至2023年的0.392,由中度失调改善为轻度失调,整体协调水平稳步提高,但区域差异显著:东部地区协调度从0.347增至0.512,由轻度失调进入勉强协调阶段;中部地区从0.238增至0.420,增速最快(76.5%);西部和东北地区分别从0.183、0.235增至0.286、0.328,仍处于中轻度失调阶段.空间分析表明两系统耦合协调发展具有空间正相关性,且局部空间分析识别出典型的"高-高"集聚区(京津冀、长三角、珠三角)和"低-低"集聚区[西部、东北部分省(区、市)]并存的空间格局.结论 中国数字经济与医药制造业的耦合协调程度总体持续改善,但区域发展不均衡问题突出,呈现"东部领先、中部崛起、西部和东北滞后"的梯度格局.建议通过分级施策、技术创新、制度优化与跨区域协同等机制推动高质量协调发展.
Objective To investigate the coupling coordination relationship between the digital economy and the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China,as well as their spatiotemporal evolution characteristics.Methods Based on provincial panel data from 30 Chinese provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)between 2013 and 2023,a comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed.Empirical analysis was conducted using the coupling coordination degree model and spatial autocorrelation analysis.Results The average coupling coordination degree between the digital economy and the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China increased from 0.254 in 2013 to 0.392 in 2023,indicating an improvement from moderate dysfunction to mild dysfunction and reflecting a steady enhancement in the overall coordination level.However,significant regional disparities were observed:the coordination degree in the eastern region rose from 0.347 to 0.512,progressing from mild dysfunction to a state of marginal coordination;the central region exhibited the fastest growth rate(76.5%),increasing from 0.238 to 0.420;while the western and northeastern regions,despite rising from 0.183 and 0.235 to 0.286 and 0.328,respectively,remained in a state of mild to moderate dysfunction.Spatial analysis confirmed a significant positive spatial correlation in the coordinated development of the two systems,with local spatial analysis identifying a distinct pattern of coexisting"high-high"agglomeration(Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,and Pearl River Delta)and"low-low"agglomeration(concentrated in parts of western and northeastern China).Conclusion While the coupling coordination between the digital economy and pharmaceutical manufacturing in China has generally improved,regional development imbalances remain prominent,showing a gradient pattern of"eastern region leading,central region rising,western and northeastern regions lagging".It is recommended to promote high-quality coordinated development through differentiated policies,technological innovation,institutional optimization,and cross-regional collaboration.
