优质酿造糯高粱新品种晋糯4号选育报告OA

为选育适宜北方地区种植的糯高粱品种,山西农业大学高粱研究所通过种质资源收集与创新,聚合多个优良性状选育出目标亲本系,以自选不育系11476A作母本、自选恢复系L2R作父本,成功选育出优质糯高粱新品种晋糯4号.2013-2014年参加全国高粱品种糯高粱组区域试验,晋糯4号平均折合产量6 575.6 kg/hm2,较对照品种增产12.5%,较参试品种平均折合产量增产6.9%.2015年参加全国高粱品种糯高粱组生产试验,晋糯4号平均折合产量6 355.5 kg/hm2,较对照品种川糯粱15号增产12.7%.该品种生育期116 d,株高173.2 cm,穗长31.4 cm,穗粒重65.9 g,千粒重23.1 g.籽粒含粗蛋白79.4 g/kg、粗淀粉747.4 g/kg(其中支链淀粉占比高达99.5%)、单宁13.0 g/kg、粗脂肪36.2 g/kg.具有顶土能力强、广适性好、丰产、支链淀粉含量高等优点,是优良的糯高粱酿造品种,适合在我国北方大面积推广种植.

To breed glutinous sorghum varieties suitable for cultivation in northern China,the Sorghum Research Institute of Shanxi Agricultural University developed target parental lines by pyramiding multiple elite traits through germplasm collection and in-novation,and successfully bred a new high-quality glutinous sorghum variety Jinnuo 4 by using its self-developed male-sterile line 11476A as the female parent and self-developed restorer line L2R as the male parent.In the national regional experiment of glutinous sorghum varieties from 2013 to 2014,Jinnuo 4 achieved an average equivalent yield of 6 575.6 kg/ha,representing a 12.5%increase over the control variety and a 6.9%increase compared to the average yield of all tested varieties.In the 2015 national production ex-periment of glutinous sorghum varieties,Jinnuo 4 achieved an average equivalent yield of 6 355.5 kg/ha,representing a 12.7%in-crease over the control variety Chuannuoliang 15.Jinnuo 4 has a growth period of 116 days,plant height of 173.2 cm,panicle length of 31.4 cm,grain weight per panicle of 65.9 g,and a 1000-grain weight of 23.1 g.The grains contain 79.4 g/kg crude protein,747.4 g/kg crude starch(among which amylopectin accounts for as high as 99.5%),13.0 g/kg tannin,and 36.2 g/kg ether extract.Jinnuo 4 exhibits strong seedling emergence,wide adaptability,high yield potential,and high amylopectin content.It is an excellent glutinoussorghum variety suitable for brewing and well-adapted to large-scale cultivation in northern regions of China.
