盐碱土是制约农业生产发展的重要障碍因素,生物改良技术因绿色环保和可持续的特点受到广泛关注.以苹果发酵液为改良剂,以水稻(Oryza sativa L.)为供试作物,采用盆栽实验方法,研究了不同浓度苹果发酵液(1∶25,1∶50,1∶100,1∶200稀释)对盐碱土的改良效应及对水稻生长的影响.结果表明,苹果发酵液显著改善了盐碱土的理化性质,JS25 处理使土壤 pH从 10.08降至9.74,全磷质量分数提高103.1%,速效钾质量分数提高94.8%;发酵液显著促进了水稻生长,JS25 处理的株高、茎长和根长分别较对照提高 54.2%,115.7%,61.4%,全株鲜质量提高 74.2%;发酵液处理显著提高了叶绿素质量分数(提高 50.0%~189.6%),降低了脯氨酸质量分数(降低27.1%~74.9%),提高了丙二醛(MDA)浓度(提高 17.9%~87.9%),增强了抗氧化酶活性(CAT,SOD 分别提高 60.5%~232.2%,23.9%~119.1%),表明发酵液处理激活了水稻的抗氧化防御系统以应对盐碱胁迫.研究揭示了苹果发酵液通过改善土壤理化性质和调节植物生理代谢来促进水稻在盐碱土中生长的效应,为果蔬发酵液在盐碱地改良中的应用提供了理论依据和技术支撑.

Saline-alkali soil is a major constraint to agricultural production development,and biological amelioration techniques have gained widespread attention due to their eco-friendly and sustainable characteristics.Used rice(Oryza sativa L.)as the test crop and systematically investigated the effects of different concentrations of apple fermentation broth(diluted at 1∶25,1∶50,1∶100,1∶200)on saline-alkali soil amelioration and rice growth using pot experiments.The results showed that apple fermentation broth significantly improved soil physicochemical properties,JS25 treatment reduced soil pH from 10.08 to 9.74,increased total phosphorus content by 103.1%,and available potassium by 94.8%.The fermentation broth significantly promoted rice growth,compared to the control,JS25 treatment increased plant height,stem length,and root length by 54.2%,115.7%and 61.4%,respectively,and total fresh weight by 74.2%.The treatment significantly increased chlorophyll content(increased by 50.0%~189.6%),decreased proline content(reduced by 27.1%~74.9%),increased MDA content(increased by 17.9%~87.9%),and enhanced antioxidant enzyme activities(CAT and SOD increased by 60.5%~232.2%,23.9%~119.1%,respectively),indicating that the fermentation broth activated the antioxidant defense system in rice to cope with saline-alkali stress.The study revealed the mechanism by which apple fermentation broth promotes rice growth in saline-alkali soil through improving soil physicochemical properties and regulating plant physiological metabolism,providing theoretical basis and technical support for the application of fruit and vegetable fermentation broth in saline-alkali land amelioration.
